A 10% placement (resolution 7) is quite standard for listed stocks.
IMO shareholders should think hard about the resolutions relating to director re-election (res 1) and employee incentive program (res 6)
These are the means that can send a meaningful message of shareholder dissatisfaction to the board.
Holding my voting powder until the last day to see if the DFS is indeed delivered before then.
