It's still complicated just not as complicated as a larger share imo.
It's also been 3 months since the take over offer, other potential bidders have had plenty of time imo, to my mind it was the Bid price and the Bid being "friendly" and off-market that were the main reasons for no other bid, if OZL had only bid 10c i'm reasonably sure some other predator would have had a crack.
