I've tossed and rethought my strategy on this
I think practical to pay out sio in cash rather than shares. My gut feel is sb holdings have the controlling vote so not sure if it makes a difference. Either way, we have started the process of finally using our savr tavr device in humans. I'm not sure dilution will
matter soon if market is as big as researched and our valve as good as the tavr advisory board appears to hint at.
in all fairness- vote how you think best suits you but personall, after initially thinking of giving shares to sio, I discussed with a few guys and changed my mind.
