well there are multiple reasons to consolidate and most arent negative...
perhaps ahz is trying to attract bigger funds that have share face value limits
or
listing rules for other exchanges dont like penny stocks
or
change the direction and momentum of the stock
absolutes are usually misguided statements. Having met wp on social occasions and shared several phone calls and many an email.. all I will say is what you have written will NOT be WPs intent, In fact if I know wp, there will be a complex long term goal that seeks to benefit shareholders.
