My understanding is that the company would send out details together with necessary forms to individual shareholders. Then one could complete the forms and forward back electronically, via mail, etc. Is that new system designed to complicate the process and ensure that only the few knowledgeable actually get to vote. My attempts to contact DGR and Link have proven unsuccessful with no response. I agree with you SEMS regarding your comments '....bordering on Criminal Activity.' Will advise should I get useful information to share. No doubt I am not the only one having difficulties in placing my vote into system.
