What hasn't been done to death or mentioned is now they cannot do a raise this quarter. They have to wait until they only have 100k in the bank.
They can't actually spend or aquire anything new this quarter.
What was said before was CR is imminent, it had to be because they are running on empty. Now it's revealed they can't do the desperately needed CR. It's a pretty major flag IMHO.
How you can just pass this off as downramping shows you need to step back and have a think what's staring you in the face.
