The point being at the end of this quarter when they can raise, they will only have 100k.
The brokers will know they have them over a barrel. They will turn the screws to get the best discount they can. It's what brokers do. In 3 months wkt will need cash far more then brokers will need wkt!
This has great potential but IMHO management have dropped the ball and not managed cash flow. Leaving wkt in a weakened position.
If they could raise funds this quarter no problem. Not sure if they can hold an extra ordinary meeting and ask share holders of they could hold a CR now? If I held I'd vote yes.
Management need a rabbit IMHO. Maybe they have one? Let's hope so.
