Strike two - spill meeting. As the number one holder owns 52% of the company, this will safely go through and everything should stay as is.
A suggestion to Ms Wong - organise a rights issue and fully underwrite it. This should (will) get the number two holder's percentage considerably below 25%.
If successful, a nicely crafted RTO should hopefully enhance shareholder value in the long term.
