Are you so disillusioned with management, that you think if their bonuses are voted down they will stop working in best interest of shareholders? I'm not happy with their performance, but even I think they'll continue to do their job.
If this IPO is really such a coin flip, that director bonuses will make or break it, that's really disappointing.
