So. “… what SIT does for space for their training business if they need to move out of Clark” seems moot now As SST Ph no longer exists! An enquiry to Clark Development Corporation as to who is the registered company at the former location in Clark was answered with “…you need to contact the President & CEO of Clark Development Corporation Atty Devanadera” We are puzzled somewhat - As we read herein, The lessor is SGH Oz, but who is the leasee now if SST Ph is no more?

To your point though, my read from the Notice of Meeting is:
current Lessor is Clark Development Corporation, and
current Lessee is SGH Pty Ltd, and
post transaction that will remain

The Explanatory Memorandum page 11 ... parts 2.3 (i) and (j) says SGH Pty Ltd will grant a Group Company right to occupy (sub-lease) the training space currently utilised by SGH Pty Ltd. I think SteveSage was asking what happens to training operations if they are given 9 months notice to leave as per 2.3 (j) (2)
