The good news is, the directors and mgt are well
incentivised to achieve the same outcome that we want - a higher share price.
Ive had a some back and forth with the company this evening and following this I’m more comfortable with these rights.
I encourage everyone to seek further info from the company - which I think will provide some balance and context to the concerns listed in this thread.
