I’m with you on this river. I’m all for incentivising and rewarding the board with performance rights and such but when they’ve been telling us they’re striving for non dilutive funding I don’t think they should be rewarded with free attaching options. Being able to participate at a 30% discount is enough of a reward.

I don’t know the legalities of how they’ve gone about this agm vote. I didn’t think the board needed shareholder approval to participate in a cr. If this is the case the vote should really just be for the free attaching options and not the placement shares.
