Everyone knows TV has increased their subscription substantially and make it impossible to use for free meaningfully.

I used https://www.prorealtime.com/en/ which offers web based as well as desktop app with full suit of charting software at no cost to test multiple indicators and charting windows and strategy at no cost but it works on end of day closing price. You need to get the subscription if you wanted live prices. It also has easy language tool to customise your indicator, strategy & screener without need to learn coding.

Off topic, but might be useful to consider alternative to TV.
