Ohh yea they probably are. Would likely have made bank off price tanking in someway. Given they have been happy to allow shares to fall so far and continue to do so. There is probably a way to get around having to make holdings and stock buys announcemnts for insider buying. Will be pals doing for them. The authorities are useless and never investigate this kind of thing. They only look out for retail who break the rules as cant have plebs beating insto scum at their own game.
