IMHO Does not mean anything, it is a new team, and they will bring their own style of reporting, it is only a record of what has happened in the past, focus on the future.
Look at the selling volume compared to the buying volume-indicates no selling of consequence and if there is after 4c comes out you could buy lower in the short term to sell higher in the long term. By some people's logic the price should be at 0.24 cents, by that logic the price is cheap. Buy low sell high.
