I am thinking that Brad Lingo might be Ron Miller's replacement in the near future. If you do a bit of digging his last few jobs have been in MD roles. I do agree a bit bizarre to come to Oilex considering some of the high profile companies he has worked for. Only time will tell if he is the real genuine deal that wants OEX to succeed or if we are dealing with another shady character just here to line their pockets.
If we read behind the lines there probably is some sort of personal relationship here between PL and RM. If he is not been hired to take over from Ron at some point it could be that OEX are trying to save money on legal costs by having an actual director with some legal background.
The oil market is well and truly in the toilet so I guess the most we can hope for this year is that they can stay afloat until the cycle changes again.
