The growth will not be achieved with Mittoni in the seat. This dude isn’t the right person for the job. I can’t see where the cost cutting will come from. Their GP margin is lower than pcp which is an issue as their toys are still very expensive in comparison to other retailers? I also think a digital only strategy is wrong - have a look at Toys R Us Global - 450+ stores and profitable!
