Maybe you should email Terry that he using last year's prices in his most recent presentation.
The same slide you're quoting 3D simulator, 550,000 EUR and IP 500bopd has "well cost around $3M". At $1M that NPV goes much higher, the IRR goes higher which would rate a mention too then....
