data download - lots of problems!

Hello HotCopper et al,

What's going on with your data download?

I've paid good money for it, and you seem to have conned me.

For the last week or more, it baulks at downloading AUX - which is irksome but no real problem siince I can delve and dive and delete this stock.

But today it's wiped lots and lots of stocks that follow after the ANZ warrants/options .... and I have neither the time, the inclination, the patience nor the expertise to wipe all the ones it isn't listing - just so I can download the others for which I've paid an annual fee.

What's going on?

Can you fix the problem?

Now?

Should I write off the money I've paid to you for data download until May 2004?

And, if that is the case, why?

Do you even really give a stuff?

What ever happened to quality!
