the question is not how long B/Bong has taken. It is about resource allocation in line with Slawson's development program. The other consideration is the geographical deployment of rigs and pad locations. Billabong could not be repaired whilst other co-located activity took place.
But it is happening as are the other 5 concurrent Fracs in NS + Rainbow Frac Complete and now flowback+ HS Drilling to expose the potential of 20 locations+Free Carried in Roosevelt + South Prarie low cost high return verticals.
focus on the Billabong repair time is irrelevant imo.
