its always important to ask "what is implicit" in the share price (cash/debt + pv10 of PDP versus EV of the company) .......and what are the risks (financial ..... / exploration vs development) versus what is the upside (expl success / moving PUD to PDP verus cash to get there / what is delta to commodity price (hedging both FX/commod)) and what does it take to get there (dabt ? / indternally generated c/flows / farmout etc etc)
