In my world, the outside limit of Early April ends tomorrow… I would expect at least confirmation it’s been received and provided to 3rd parties for them to fall off their Chairs in awe and amazement.
I haven’t owned any BPT since my INP/ACR gambler’s punt was bought by DLS which was bought by BPT and I dumped them in the $2.80s about 2 minutes before Covid hit… so I’m not up to date on them (although clearly they are stalking me still), but I understand they have operational control over Waitsia and Mitsui are basically financing it. I assume Tom would rather keep operational control too, so I’m thinking Mitsui 40% (maybe bit more, staged over various milestones) and they fund everything. Wouldn’t rule out Mitsui/BPT JV with us though. And they will surely have some competition from other entities…
