just need RTS to handover to ESP to finalise a PSDM then CC can tell TN something then TN can tell us WTF is going on by early April or that the information due by Early April will be received then we will review and let you know sometime in Q3 what's going on not sure really? What article does also indicate is the difficulties getting something built at this point in time anywhere in the world it is tough, so much going on and not many to do it.
