From my calculations, there would be extra 180M shares added as part of this raise + overhang of additions 78M shares from the options.
Total shares then will be north of 700M plus more dilution planned for next year. Ultimately, this is the problem with raising big $ at rock bottom prices.
Feel sorry for the NASDAQ mugs who bought ADRs for SP around $2.40
