Had a proper read of the deal, and the $8m certainly is not cheap finance. OGX has to give them a minimum (not sure why it could be more) of 16koz of gold. @ $1200 poz that's over $19M. my Visa card doesn't charge that much! Plus they get $140,000 worth of free shares while charging around 40% pa.
Is this the best deal they could get?
