Looks ok to me also, it is a better deal than what was proposed with Cleveland Mining, and at the end of the day we are left with a fully operating mine. Probably will not see much happening until the end of April or start of May and no gold until Christmas. The announcement didn't exactly set the market on fire, it has been a while since the last results from the decline and they will need something to push the sp up if they expect existing holders to put there hands in there pockets again to the tune of 2.7 M. They couldn't get rid of them last time when we still had the prospect of the IOCG, so without anything really pending it might be a push to get the 2.7M out the door......
