One thing I always look for is SOI (shares on issue) with Companies. My golden rule.

This new entity will have 640m? SOI. (if i'm correct) Look at other Lithium Companies and their SOI!

That makes this new Company a steal at current prices (5.4BMC), if Management are up to it. My view is they are but time will tell.
