Starting to have a few questions on this company

1 ) The general manager is Ms K Stoney a CPA qualified accountant with over 15 years’ experience working with public companies in administration,
finance and company secretarial positions. Ms Stoney is currently a non-executive director of ▪ Scorpion Minerals Limited, Aapart from being the GM of HOR and from "scorpion minerals market updates " Ms Kate Stoney, a Non-Executive Director of the Company since February 2021, who has transitioned to Executive Director – Finance with immediate effect. Ms Stoney’s remuneration as a director will accordingly increase from $42,000 per annum to $60,000 per annum, plus any statutory superannuation".

Question as a mining exploration company , does it make sense to have an accountant at the helm and does Ms K Stoney have the mining experience and enough time in the day (with scorpion responsibilities) to ensure her obligations to HOR shareholders are being met ?

    2) C Hall (appointed 30 April 2019) Mr Hall is an experienced geologist with over 30 years of mineral industry experience in exploration, development and production roles in a range of commodities, principally precious and base metals. He has held a variety of senior positions with mid-tier and junior sector resource companies within Australia and overseas. Mr Hall is currently a non-executive director of the following ASX-listed companies:
    ▪ Auris Minerals Limited , In the previous three years Mr Hall was also a director of the following ASX-listed companies: ▪ Scorpion Minerals Limited – resigned 7 June 2022C Hall seems to have the right experience to lead this company ? at some point in time however HOR market updates changed from Craig to Kate - Why ?
In saying that Craig is still a director on AUT - when you look at that companies share price performance which has been in continuous decline , maybe he is not the right person to lead this company !

    3) have the HOR directors met their obligations to provide correct information to the market ? by way of example

In the market announcement dated 16 August 2022 “Glenloth Goldfield RC Drilling Commences” the following references were made “ (1) Maiden 19 hole, 1500m, RC drilling programme underway at the Glenloth Goldfield Project in Gawler Craton (2) Samples will be routinely submitted to a laboratory in Adelaide - expected turnaround time approximately 6 weeks.

    Then in the
30 September 2022 quarterly market update the following reference was made “ Maiden 19 hole, 1500m, RC drilling programme underway at the Glenloth Goldfield Project in Gawler Craton

Question : what happened to the samples where the expected turnaround time was 6 week ( aug 22) - was the market mislead or is there another reason the market was not updated

a few more questions , mainly about the share register and related share trading over the last 6 months , but will put them in another post - in the meantime would appreciate any other insights from shareholders of this company
