Hi Poet, "Great work on this announcement to keep shareholders informed!! Someone has put a lot of work into that." I think this presentation has been prepared with specific purpose in mind (i.e. to present the information to some group).
Usually companies do announce presentations prepared for some parties in order to progress with some works. In our case I think this presentation was prepared in order to finalise 12 mill deal.
