18 months has been mentioned previously for the Cerenergy plant construction time but that excludes commissioning time which will be at least a further six months IMO.
I think it will involve less building construction time and cost but greater time and cost internally given it's going to be a mainly automated manufacturing line.
They will definitely be co-located on the same 14ha site with plenty of room for expansion. Expansion would probably be for the Silumina Anodes plant. There is enough space for another three 8,000tpa plants plus the Cerenergy plant.
They intend to buy a nearby 100ha site as part of an expansion of the Schwarze Pumpe industrial park. This is for aspirational the 3-4Gwh Cerenergy plant.
