Would not be surprised if Macraes , also has a special deal with the power generation company , ie have extra redundancy capacity for the crushers and run them at night at lower power charging costs .

I know they recently got a main shovel loader that is run off grid power (first one in NZ ) looks to be around a 300 tonner .

Capricorn (CMM) is one of the lowest AISC miners in WA and has a head grade of around 1 gram a tonne , a low strip ratio , high recoveries and low BWI helps

Yes these days with the whole ESG being able to promote Hydro energy is always promoted clean green mining etc

yes so much more than just grades when it comes to a successful mining operation
