I suspect some 'opportunity funds' (see the other ann from DB ceasing to be major holder) will continue to buy high (e.g. 17.5c) and sell low (e.g. 16c) to help get this over 90%. Then OZL will pay some entity to do an 'independent' valuation for the compulsory acquisition. Whether they will succeed in getting 90% I don't know. I sold on market hoping that some entity still want to grab the last 10% to fight OZL for some weird unknown reason. I sold on market because the deal is UNACCEPTABLE and I vowed NEVER TO ACCEPT. My money is available straight way now to buy other shares if I find any good one.
