Without doubt, I'm one of the suckers who sold some as below value in the last few months. I had high hopes that the local contacts built and the hard work put in over the last five plus years would start to reap the rewards we all thought were on the way (KK 2020), that said...
An offer low ball/rigged/or otherwise that doubles our money today is better than the continual pip up or down we have been seeing over the last few months.
