There is actually the law stopping them. Creep provisions cannot apply until 6 months after the takeover.

I think they don't care what % they have or will have anymore because they have gone unconditional. There will be little excitement for at least 6 months imho because they can't creep and I don't think we will see another offer during this period either. Holders will really have to persevere to reap the benefits. If time is a factor acceptance would be tempting but if you're happy to wait till next year for more potential value it may be worth it.
