Additional to this - we know that the new reactors are larger than previous generations and that there are 10 of these larger reactors under construction right now with more due to begin 2020/21
We also know that the initial fuel load of a new reactor is far larger than the normal yearly usage (I'm trying to remember if it's 2x or 3x - anyone?)
Add to that the 3 years of buffer they usually need to have on hand and that's quite a bit of additional 1-3 year requirement.
