These studies were done at US$1900 and gold is now US$ 2375. They had about A$1000 margins with gold trading at US$1900. That is another massive move or US$475 to the upside or A$742 higher.
Paulsens had approx A$1000 margins back then based on the updated higher cost studies. I guess the margins are going to be roughly A$1700-A$1800 up here today. That is a material change to the profitability of the projects.
The company mentioned a debt update was forthcoming. If this is the case, then exactly what does that look like? If they go for more debt and less equity, then the stock might break right open. The debt market and project fundums must be greatly improved for BC8 these days. Its a different market with zippo projects funds ready. We will find out. dyor
