I looked at thepossible announcements and the possibility:

• Partnership– Looking back at the last two partnership announcements (Novartis andGrunenthal), there were not TH’s just announcements.
• Partnerships takesmonths to determine the contract (so unlikely they would require two additional trading days to dot “I”s and cross “T” s).

• Type A FDAfeedback – the market was pre warned of this a few weeks ago, and IMHO wouldnot result in a TH (let alone for two days)

• CLBPreadout – Could be but they just did the CHF readout and announced it aswebcast (not even financially sensitive), so to me less likely.

• Key staff / board changes – they could just announce as all info would be known already, unlikely to require two trading days.·

• Covid ARDS60% readout – this is my choice.

o The timescales fit perfectly with previous company announcements on the topic

o Timingfits closely with the previous agvh FDA response (Thursday 1^st Oct 9.26am)

o Interestinglythe last DSMB announcement was made on Wednesday 11/11/2020 at 10.11am

o Today’s (Wednesday16/12/2020) TH was pause at 10.26am and Halt at 10.49am

o On theassumption that DSMB data is totally secure then it makes sense that they need timeto analyse what may have been sent to them.

The question in mymind is will the news be positive?

I will be able tosleep on the basis that :

• Novartis would have had MSB up on the ramps and checkedeverything (every claim every bit of data).
• They would have had access to infoHC shareholders can only dream of.
• They have experts inthe field with knowledge way beyond that of the average shareholder.

They still invested!
