OZL is paying more than anyone has for 8 yrs +, before the bid the market knew all the current numbers about AVB, all the drilling, all the JORC's and scoping studies, everything, and still couldn't attract any market demand and the open free market was valuing it at 8c, OZL is the only nutter in the world that is willing to and has been willing to pay such a lofty 17c for over 8 yrs.
Infill drilling needs completing along with many other things before any potential value higher than 17c can be feasibly written on paper. Mining, drilling, development and meeting all regulations is not like a,b,c or 1,2,3its very risky and costly.
