Yes vintage. You are correct. It appears that despite the endless positive news that is coming from PEN and the apparent excellent position it is unwinding itself into, the mid 2's does not accurately reflect its potential. It is, hopefully, the selling of contracts that is the current handbrake. Having bonly 2 contracts in this economic and political climate means this play has dtill a lonv way to go. Until there are enough contracts in place to ensure the company can cover all future costs of the project, wirh enough left to sell at a hopefully positive U market, it is justifiable to be weary. Macro events outside of PEN may still have a play on this baby... thats why having such posters like Vintage is invaluable on this forum.
