They also could’ve just engaged them this morning to alleviate market sentiment. I don’t think the government or NOPTA has requested or indicated a need for this yet, so it is a preemptive decision IMO. Either to assist in PR for permit decision or for the market. Vaguely remember then doing this before the past decision, but could be mistaken.
Process overall still appears to be in our favour IMO, but this announcement doesn’t appear that substantial to me
