If it has it will because of the slight delay in the PFS.
I think they will be working on an indicative timeframe of 3 months that would have been provided by "govt".
If they've missed stuff in the PFS, then it might take a bit longer but given the additional "above the norm" environmental components in the PFS, it looks like they've been in lots of discussions with "govt" so its highly possible they may get a decision earlier than the 3 months projected timeframe.
