Class actions like this make me chuckle a little - claimants have to prove financial loss, so they'd have to have sold out at a bad price, which in a stock like one of the big 4 banks is a silly decision unless your financial circumstances dictate you need the cash. It's for that exact reason that this stock is a buy to me at the moment
