Why do you call current buyers idiots if they do no have access to the private placement and want to buy some shares ?
As regduke07 mentioned, this has the potential to be a Disallowed with a new tech with barrier to entry. Note that they do not outsource the final assembly so it can not be copied. The land and grab strategy is the way to go. MSLABS is a pretty nice way to play it also. Interestingly, the Barrick deal had no impact on Capital stock price. As the market values Capital quite cheaply based on PE or X EBITDA, it does not assign any value to MSALABS as this division is growing like weeds but not generating any earnings yet at this point of its lifecycle.
