I'm not sure that this would be classified as a convertible note? But I'm not that sophisticated. Maybe you know more webral? How have you ascertained this as a convertible note? I haven't seen any debt component? If the company has entered into a debt agreement without announcing? That would really lose everyone. I don't see any indication of that. Maybe webral doesn't understand the terms he is throwing around?
