As a new holder, I feel totally shafted by a 20% discount (or profit) to the big end of town A.k.a the drinking buddies. This is BS and I agree with sentiment in one of the posts above; it reeks of inside dealing. SP will get back up there and the new investors will unload at a profit with stupid me pays the bill.
