It's up to the court now. Unfortunately I've scoured through all announcements and cannot find any reference to Nov 2021, so unsure where that ever came from. Based on historic time frames from the court could be anywhere from 8-18 months from lodgement of appeal.
I Note VW are announcing there next round of battery factories H1 2022 maybe they too are following closely before an announcement?
