BIT not getting too much media exposure today but there is some.
And Biotron (ASX:BIT) has dropped some happy-happy news on the market, announcing that preliminary analyses of data from the BIT225-010 Phase 2 clinical trial of the company’s lead antiviral drug BIT225 provide confirmation, and extension, of the positive results of previous trials in people infected with HIV-1.

I will note that the current trial results are positive but are only being put out as confirming previous results.
Good results with some good effects on patients - just not exceptional results. Certainly, the market got interested early - but maybe most of the action was from traders.
To be honest, the results are less than I would have expected. I am actually a bit disappointed by the announcement.
