This is really rough back of a fag packet kinda calc, but for the original trial they put aside roughly $13million for drug manufacturing for 108 boys. Thats roughly $Aud120k per boy. No mark up, just manufacturing small batch of drug. And thats AUD. So maybe that 200 to 300 per year is close.
Original trial was looking at boys 10 to 18 years of age. So a much larger cohort than Sarepta.
