Just watched the video again. CEO Anthony Noble says East Coast Research is conservative and has valued CCO in the range 1.3 cents to 1.7 cents.
Which he says is reasonable , and demonstrates how undervalued the company is. Then he turns around and issues mega shares at LOWER than the market price WITH a free in the money attaching option in a past the post betting arrangement with sofs at Novus. The effect is that this kills an anticipated run in the share price and makes CCO even more undervalued. Massive unnecessary and unethical dilution imo. I can see ASX or ASIC stepping in here, even though I am not a lawyer by any means.
