perplexed also.
selling prior to auction is not a vendors ideal outcome. The buyer thinks they got a deal but in reality the vendor saw the buyer was above the rest of the pack and wouldn’t achieve that price within a bidding environment.
Dale is a great CEO. Trust it was the best outcome for shareholders.
